Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation. The booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance of 70% is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the entire invoice amount must be paid immediately upon booking. Cancellation Policy We want to offer our guests a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
* Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation is possible. Payments already made will be refunded 100%.
* 29 to 8 days before arrival: In case of cancellation, 50% of the total price will be charged.
* From 7 days before arrival: In case of cancellation, 100% of the total price will be charged.
* In case of no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
The day of planned arrival is decisive for calculating the cancellation period. Payments already made will be offset against the applicable cancellation fees or refunded according to the valid cancellation conditions.
